Gunther Namen

Gunther Namen looks to be a dark red hair female dwarf with 1 arm and ½ of the face burnt and missing a eye, but is actually a shaved male dwarf.

Gunther was born Gunther Guddat der Schmied. He worked as a smith in the Guddat house for about 50 years. After a long apprentice time and a even longer journeyman time the master was coming up for retirement. His rival, Kurt Guddat der Schmied, for the position found out he was not supportive of the dwarf gnome alliance. Kurt set Gunther up to say things that could be take as traitors, with later leaded to a trial. During the trial he was not granted fair defense, and all the evidence was slanted against him. By the end of the trial he had his family name and title stripped away. To keep him from ever working as a smith an to forever mark him a traitor they burnt his right eye out.

He then tried to kill Kurt, but was caught in an ambush. Being of lower class now meant the upper class could cut a limb off for the attack. Kurt choice to cut off Gunther's left arm. After he was dumped in the under city, and in his weak state unable to defend himself from being de-beard. A human wizard found his nearly lifeless body. The wizard named Shawn Hombow, nursed him back to health before smuggling Gunther out of the mountain, and to a outlaw village called The Watering Hole.

At the village Gunther spends most of his time drinking and from time to time fixing tools.
